Our values are what shape us. They show in the way we meet each other, how we collaborate, and in the responsibility we take toward one another and our customers.
Care • Deliver • Inspire
Care
Care is at the heart of everything we do – we care for both each other and our customers. It means that we support, respect, and help each other. We take responsibility for each other and strive to be a place where people want to be and where everyone can bring their whole selves, be heard og feel valued.
Deliver
Deliver at HTH is about responsibility, pride and teamwork. We support each other, take ownership, and bring each strengths into play. Trust and openness create a safe space where we succeed together.
Inspire
Inspire means challenging status quo, sharing knowledge, and improving together. We value differences, listen to every voice, and learn from both success and mistakes.
It is about making a positive difference – for customers, colleagues and yourself.
