Meet Markus
In the beginning, Markus was the one asking the good questions. Today, he’s often the one others turn to for guidance.

I am most proud of the professional confidence I’ve built.
Markus Kondrup
Production Coordinator
When Markus looks back on his journey at HTH, one thing stands out clearly: the professional confidence that has grown over the years. From asking lots of questions to becoming the person colleagues now turn to for sparring and clarity.
Markus’ journey began when he joined HTH straight after 9th grade — without a five‑year plan or a clear career path in mind. He was tired of school and wanted something more hands‑on and real.
During his internship as a machine carpenter, he quickly found his direction, and when he was offered an apprenticeship, he didn’t hesitate.
After completing his training as a machine carpenter, the transition to the day shift became Markus’ first step into a new rhythm. Shortly after, he was encouraged to run for union representative.
The real turning point in his career came when Markus was recommended to apply for the position of team coordinator. This was where he truly began to lift his gaze from the individual task and see production as a whole — where prioritisation and collaboration were just as essential as technical craftsmanship.
Today, he works as a production coordinator, responsible for planning and optimising the daily operations.

“I liked the hands‑on craftsmanship and the feeling of seeing a result from what I created. The atmosphere and my colleagues also made a big impression on me — there was a good tone, and people helped each other. When production runs smoothly and every link in the chain works, we create results that customers can see in their homes. There’s a special satisfaction in knowing it starts here. I’m proud to be part of the engine room.”
