Rikke | People & Culture Consultant
“On my first day, I met a colleague on my way in, and we walked up to the office together. To me, that perfectly reflects my first weeks here - you’re guided in, and every question is welcomed"
From top‑level football to top‑level service
Tina | Customer Supporter.
After 16 years at the top level, Tina ended her professional football career in 2025.
Alongside her football career, she pursued studies and professional roles across several fields, including time at a sports academy and six years as a teacher in Norway. Combined with her experience from the pitch, this has equipped her with the skills and perspective she brings to her current role with us today.
As a Customer Supporter, Tina meets colleagues and customers every day with the same dedication, energy and team spirit that she brings to the football pitch.
A true team player - both on the pitch and here with us.
From Trainee to Talent
Jeppe Tranberg | Customer Supporter
Jeppe started his journey with us as a trainee in costumer service, and since then he has moved around a bit within the company, such as marketing and in our education department. Today, he works in customer support where he helps find special solutions to complex tasks and ensures that customers have the best experience.
Now, Jeppe has started in our talent program called The Talent Team
"I am motivated by developing myself professionally. I don't want to stand still; I want to constantly learn and grow. I really feel that I can do that here, and that it is supported by my leader."
HTH had a unique pull
Anders | Category Management Director
HTH had a special kind of attraction for Anders. Even before he began his training as a cabinetmaker, he already knew he wanted to work with product development at HTH — and he made it happen. Today, Anders is responsible for developing and managing product categories across all brands and production units in Nobia, including HTH.
The experience he gained on the production floor remains a crucial part of his foundation. For Anders, staying close to the product is essential: “It gives new inspiration and a valuable understanding of the details in what we develop.”
You’re never too old to change direction
Malene | Accounts Assistant
For several years, Malene’s workday didn’t begin with numbers or financial processes, but at an animal hospital where she worked as a veterinary nurse. Today, her everyday life looks completely different. As an Accounts Assistant on the creditors’ side at HTH, Malene handles invoices from suppliers - primarily those connected to the factory in Ølgod.
Meet Anne
Anne is a Business Controller and works in our Finance Department. At the same time, Anne is the Health and Safety Representative, and therefore the employees’ spokesperson on matters related to the working environment and working to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.

“I find working at HTH appealing because it is a large organization with many internal opportunities. If at some point you do not thrive in your role, there is the possibility to seek new challenges in another department or perhaps in the store – without having to change workplace. This provides flexibility and a sense of security.”
